$135,000 | 1977 | Newport Beach, CA
Description
Buy a 50% share of Chumani, and have 100% of the fun!
Chumani is a very special Pacifica 36. Her current owners purchased her in 2018 with the intent to turn her into the perfect platform for Southern California fishing. Their goal has become reality, and after 5 years of fun, many memories, and record fish caught, one of the partners wants to start another adventure, and so a very unique opportunity exists with Chumani.
No expense has been spared in her refit, and it would cost nearly a half a million dollars to replicate her today. She’s turn key, and ready to fish or island hop today.
Please call us today to schedule an appointment to get aboard one of the nicest sport fishers available today and learn more about the partnership opportunity.

Chumani
Chumani is a 1977 36 Pacifica, built by Kipper Yachts in Costa Mesa California. Their solid construction, great seakeeping abilities, and functional layouts have made Pacifica’s extremely popular within the California sports fishing community. Many have been refit, to better than new, and Chumani is no exception.
She features a very traditional, yet functional layout. Large opening windows encompass the salon, allowing for lots of natural light, and great views. Her entire interior has been redone. There is a custom sofa on the port side of the salon, and a dinette that converts to a berth on the starboard side. The galley is forward in the salon to port, opposite a small lower helm for inclement weather on the starboard side. In the forepeak is a very spacious V-berth with a filler cushion to create a large bed as well. Just aft of the V-berth is an enclosed head with nice vanity, and across the companionway is a full shower.
Her cockpit is large and uncluttered, with 2 bait tanks, a transom door, and plenty of space for fishing, lounging, or watersports. There is a fiberglass swim platform with ladder to make boarding effortless, either from the water, or the dock. Her flybridge is spacious for a 36′ boat, with commanding views in all directions, and a double bench seat that converts to a large sun lounge or additional berth for warm summer nights.
She was repowered with reliable and efficient Cummins QSB 5.9’s in 2006, and they have been well maintained since, and show just 1765 hours on the meters. Service access is easy, as they are located in engine boxes in the salon. A new generator was installed in 2018 as well.  Every nook and cranny of Chumani has been tended to.
