Salon: Step safely into the large salon via custom SS railings on both sides of the companionway ladder and above. The floors are wood and have been customized with retractable lifting rings, hinges and air shocks for easy access and maximum storage.

• Owners Cabin is forward with a seated vanity, and ensuite head and shower. Plenty of lighting, large hanging locker and storage throughout w/TV

Heads: 3 heads to accommodate all three cabins and day use.

• All heads have custom: trash receptacles, facial tissue dispensers, towel racks and hooks, and the floors have "stay dry floor tiles."

The Cockpit of the Jeanneau 53 is extremely large and can easily seat 12 adults. There is a large varnished wood table in the middle of the cockpit with a built in cooler. The table can be expanded for hors d'oeuvres and dining. 2 helm stations with custom wrap around cushions that you won't want to leave. Step aft to a custom swim step with custom railings and boarding ladder. Above is a custom dodger and Bimini with its own overhead lighting (red and white).

The Deck is expansive and easy to work, it has a teak gunnel all the way around and a large focsyl (sail locker) that has been custom built as a storage locker and work shop.
