50' Jefferson Rivanna 50 SDMY

$375,000 | 2002 | Coronado, CA

Description

LLC Owned!  TAX PAID!  Call for details!

Legacy is a rare find...  by having a very desirable layout, without the lower helm, and MTU/Detroit Series 60 engines with appropriate hours, this one is a winner!

You'll instantly feel the quality as you enter the main salon of Legacy and see her lacquered, grain-matched teak joinery, which extends luxuriously throughout her interior.  Legacy is an outstanding example of what happens when meticulous craftsmanship meets with knowledgeable and meticulous ownership.  This spacious, airy and amazingly laid out aft cabin motor yacht will provide her new owners with a comfortable, dependable and stylish living/cruising experience that will take them as far as they want to go for as long as they want to go - just like she has for her current owners. Truly a must see!

Her large aft deck with bar, refrigerator w/ice-maker, and sink is perfect for happy hour!  All the furniture is included but not built-in so you can change it all at your option!  Built-ins are never comfortable.  The large comfortable flybridge has an excellent electronics package, hybrid fabrics, high-gloss teak helm footstep, high-gloss teak table with compass inlet and even a teak-trimmed chart table.  The carpeted deck feel fantastic underfoot and even the top was finished with Sunbrella SeaMark that offers better waterproofing and is light in color to keep the bridge cooler.  The enclosure's clear panels are poly-carbonate which offers much better visibility and lifespan as well over Isinglass.

Jefferson Yachts were built in the Hershine Yard alongside a couple of other pedigree manufacturers.  They are recognized worldwide for their superior Taiwanese woodwork!

Broker's Remarks

Full service was completed in January '24 including oil and zinc changes on mains, transmissions, and generator.  Bottom was repainted March '24.

I've been a broker for over 35 years and have sold in excess of 1300 boats.  I've run quite a variety of boats.  When I ran Legacy for the video and photography I was impressed by her dry and solid ride. Also, the details and care given to this yacht are evident when you step aboard.  Please watch the YouTube video - the engine RPMs were taken from the digital engine displays and speeds directly off the GPS.  She is quite a performer for a yacht of this weight.
